www.thebestclimateintheworld.com is an official website for the promotion of the Canary Islands as a tourist destination. It is owned and managed by PROMOTUR TURISMO CANARIAS, S.A. (hereinafter PROMOTUR) as a public capital company attached to the Regional Ministry of Tourism of the Government of the Canary Islands, with registered place of business at Víctor Hugo St., no. 60, Postal code 35006 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and bearer of company tax code C.I.F. A-35845593, entered in the Register of Companies of Las Palmas, in folio 141, volume 1758, sheet GC-34913 (hereinafter the website).
Likewise, there are several domains owned by PROMOTUR that redirect to the website and these too are subject to the terms and conditions of this legal notice.

Use of the website and its content implies full acceptance on the part of the user of all the conditions contained in this Legal Notice, whereby if the user does not accept the content of said Legal Notice, then he/she should abstain from using the website. The limitations of liability of the website contents are:

The correspondence should contain the following information: • User's name, surname and email address. • Specific request. • Address for notices, date and signature of the user.
PROMOTUR will be responsible for and guarantees confidentiality and security in regard to personal data it receives from the user through the website and undertakes to meet its duty of secrecy relative to personal data and the duty to treat it with due confidentiality. To this effect, it will take the steps required to avoid any unauthorised access to or alteration, loss or processing thereof PROMOTUR informs its users that these rights are deeply personal, whereby only the user may exercise said right with respect to personal data which he/she legitimately owns.
